摘　　要：城市老旧住区更新涉及面广、改造量大,是我国城市进入存量优化阶段重要的更新改造对象,是贯彻“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念的必然要求,也是人民追求美好生活的重要诉求。基于对张家口市五一路片区住区分布、道路与交通、住区户外活动场地、住区边界空间和各住区开放情况的深入调查和分析,针对片区存在的突出问题,提出了连接内部道路、打通交通微循环,更新边界形式、构建开放型住区,修补户外空间、提升土地利用率,创新停车方式、营造步行化住区的更新设计策略。As China enters the stock optimization stage,the renewal of old urban residential areas is an important target of urban renewal and reconstruction,which involves a wide range of areas and a large amount of renovation.It is also an inevitable requirement to implement the new development concept of“innovation,coordination,green,open and shared”and an important demand of the people to pursue a better life.Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the distribution of residential areas,roads and traffic,outdoor activity places,boundary space and the open case of each residential areas in Wuyilu district of Zhangjiakou City,this paper puts forward such renewal design strategies to resolve the existing prominent problems as connecting internal roads to smooth traffic microcirculation,updating boundary forms to form opening residential areas,repairing outdoor space to improve land utilization ratio,and innovating parking methods to create walkable residential areas.
