产学研协同创新项目成功度研究——基于政府介入和利益分配方式的协同作用

摘　　要：基于政府介入视角,以213个产学研协同创新项目调查问卷为数据样本进行实证分析,研究了政府介入度与项目利益分配方式选择之间的关系及二者对项目成功度的影响。结果表明政府介入度与利益分配方式的选择协同显著影响项目成功度,政府介入度介于适中的强度下,最有利于项目成功。其中,政府对项目的支持力度显著正向影响项目成功度,政府对项目的审查力度与项目成功度呈倒U关系。政府介入度显著影响利益分配方式的选择,最终得到利益分配方式在不同政府介入度前提下的优先选择顺序。Based on the perspective of government intervention,213 I-U-R collaborative innovation project questionnaires were used for empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the relationship between the government intervention,the profit distribution mode selection and its impact on project success degree.The results of the study show that the government intervention and the profit distribution mode selection significantly affect the success degree of the project,when the government intervention level is moderately strong,it is most beneficial to the success degree of the project.Among them,the government support degree for the project has a significant positive impact on the success degree of the project,and the government review degree has a negative U relationship with the success degree of the project.Government intervention significantly affects the profit distribution mode selection.Finally,the priority order of the profit distribution mode under the premise of different government interventions is obtained.
