外用脉络舒通颗粒药液对糖尿病足慢性溃疡的临床治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脉络疏通颗粒药液外洗对于促进糖尿病足患者足部慢性溃疡愈合的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月-2019年9月该科60例糖尿病足溃疡患者,随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。给予对照组常规药物治疗及创面换药;给予观察组常规药物治疗及创面换药外,加用脉络疏通颗粒药冲洗患肢,疗程共计30 d。对患者治疗前、后创面愈合情况及临床疗效进行评定。结果观察组患肢创面愈合率及临床总有效率均高于对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病足慢性溃疡的治疗,外用脉络疏通颗粒药液外洗能够加速创面愈合,临床疗效较为理想,可以推广运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Mailuo Shutong Granule external washing on promoting the healing of chronic foot ulcer in patients with diabetic foot.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer in our department were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given routine drug treatment and wound dressing change,while the observation group was given routine drug treatment and wound dressing change,plus Mailuo Shutong granules to wash the affected limbs,a total of 30 days.The wound healing and clinical efficacy were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The wound healing rate and clinical total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of chronic ulcer of diabetic foot,external application of Mailuo Shutong Granule can accelerate wound healing,and the clinical effect is ideal,which can be popularized.
