超声介入在下肢深静脉血栓治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察超声介入于下肢深静脉血栓治疗中的意义。方法2017年1月-2019年1月收治的选取64例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行客观比对,于彩超引导下置入下腔静脉滤器,彩超引导溶栓治疗。结果64例下肢深静脉患者手术均成功,术后随访患者6个月,无滤器移位情况,均无肺栓塞发生,预后较好。结论于下肢深静脉血栓治疗中采用超声介入方法置入下腔静脉滤器及置管溶栓临床效果显著。Objective To observe the significance of ultrasound intervention in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods From January 2017 to January 201964 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were selected for objective comparison.Inferior vena cava filter was inserted under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound and thrombolysis guided by color Doppler ultrasound.Results 64 patients with deep vein of lower extremity were successfully operated.The patients were followed up for 6 months without filter displacement.No pulmonary embolism occurred and the prognosis was good.Conclusion Ultrasonic intervention in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is effective in the treatment of inferior vena cava filter and catheterization.
