T型钢板内固定与石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较T型钢板内固定与石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将36例桡骨远端骨折患者分为两组,观察组(18例)采取T型钢板内固定治疗,对照组(18例)采取石膏外固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果患者均获得随访,时间2~16(11.1±5.3)个月。复位后桡骨短缩程度、术后1周腕掌关节改善评分、术后2个月肘关节功能评分观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折维持桡骨长度效果好,疼痛度低,关节活动度大,可促进术后关节功能恢复。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of T-plate internal fixation and external fixation with plaster in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods The 36 patients with distal radius fractures were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.In the observation group,18 patients were treated with T-plate internal fixation,while 18 patients in the control group were treated with plaster internal fixation.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 2~16(11.1±5.3)months.Radius shortening degree,the carpometacarpal joint improvement score of postoperative 1 week,elbow joint function score of postoperative 2 months in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions T-plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures maintains the length of the radius,with low pain and high wrist motion,and promotes the recovery of postoperative joint function.
