摘  要:中国再生资源产业技术创新战略联盟组织赣州江钨新型合金材料有限公司、上海电缆研究所和中铜锐浩(北京)再生资源回收公司共同承担了国家科技支撑项目“废杂铜直接制杆技术开发与示范”。该项目组在引进原有的FRHC(火法精炼高导电铜)技术和装备的基础上,通过消化、吸收、再创新,形成了具有自主知识产权的符合我国原辅材料市场的废杂铜FRHC直接制杆的技术与装备,生产出来的FRHC铜杆经上海国缆检测中心检测,该产品达标且质量处于国内行业领军地位,可广泛用于电力电缆、装备线缆、漆包线、裸铜线等,铜杆的可拉性可达线径0.1 mm。The China Renewable Resources Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance organized Ganzhou Jiangwu New Alloy Material Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Cable Research Institute and China Copper Ruihao(Beijing)Recycling Resources Recycling Company to jointly undertake the national science and technology support project entitled the Development and Demonstration of Direct Copper Rod Manufacturing Technology from Waste Copper.The project team,based on the introduction of the original FRHC(fire-refined high-conductivity copper)technology and equipment,through digestion,absorption,and re-innovation,developed the FRHC technology and equipment for direct rod production from waste copper,which is an independent intellectual property right in line with China's raw and auxiliary materials market.The manufactured FRHC copper rod,as tested by Shanghai National Cable Testing Center,meets the standards and occupies a leading position in domestic industry.It can be widely used in power cables,equipment cables,enameled wires,bare copper wires etc.The copper rod can be stretched up to 0.1 mm in diameter.
