摘  要:针对现有的接触式充电存在的一些弊端,提出了一种电磁感应耦合的无接触供电方案。硬件电路方面,采用STC89C52为主控芯片,设计了单片机最小系统电路、电源模块、能量发送模块和LED照明模块。软件系统设计包括初始化程序、不同占空比的PWM信号产生程序、A/D转换程序、外部中断程序、数字量读取程序、延时子程序等。能量发送模块通过STC89C52单片机产生的PWM波控制DC 12 V的通断,形成发送模块的交流电,并通过互感作用将能量传输至LED照明模块,实现了能量的无线方式传输。In accrodance with the disadvantages of existing contact charging, an electromagnetic induction coupling non-contact supply scheme is proposed in this paper.For hardware circuit, the system is designed with STC89C52 as the controlling core. The smallest system circuit of single-chip microcomputer, the power supply module, the energy transmission module and the LED lighting module are designed.The software system includes initialization program, PWM signal generating program with different duty ratio, A/D conversion program, external interrupt program, digital read program, delay subroutine, etc. Energy transmission module generates PWM wave to control the on-off of DC 12 V through STC89C52 SCM and use it as the AC of transmission module, transmits the energy to LED lighting module via mutual inductance effect, and realizes contact-less power delivery.
