摘 要:无线电力传输系统的效率很大程度上取决于两个线圈中的损耗。而线圈中的损耗主要是与线圈本身参数及两线圈耦合系数有关。文章通过Maxwell软件对耦合线圈结构进行设计和优化,以达到在耦合线圈距离相同情况下耦合系数最优的目的,从而提高系统的效率及稳定性。Coil loss affects the efficiency of wireless power transmission system to a large extent.Maxwell software was used to analyze the variation of the coupling coefficient of circular and square coils with the longitudinal distance and transverse dislocation distance of the coils,and it was found that circular coils were better than square coils.The coupling coefficients of three kinds of coils with different inner and outer radii vary with the longitudinal distance and the transverse dislocation distance,and it is concluded that the circular coils with inner and outer diameters of 25 mm and 90 mm are the optimal coils.Then,the coupling coefficients of the three ferrite rods were compared with the longitudinal distance and transverse dislocation distance of the coils,and it was found that the t-shaped ferrite rod was better.Finally,by comparing the magnetic core coil with the hollow core coil,it is found that the coil efficiency is obviously improved after adding ferrite.
