摘 要:近年来,我国城市化建设发展迅速,基础设施建设需要大量的人力投入。其中,农民工的人数占很大比例。以安徽省合肥市自发建筑劳务市场的农民工为研究对象,通过走访调查,深入了解并记录其年龄、性别、受教育水平、工资待遇、工种特征等,运用SPSS数据分析软件结合行业特点对合肥市自发建筑劳务市场现状进行分析。研究结果表明:合肥市自发建筑劳务市场存在农民工的年龄偏大、技能水平低,农民工的薪酬待遇、劳动保护等合法权益得不到保障等问题。政府应制定相关的规章制度并帮助农民工提高职业技能。In recent years,China’s urbanization construction has developed rapidly,and infrastructure construction requires a large amount of human input in which migrant workers constitutes a large proportion.Taking Hefei City’s spontaneous construction labor service market and its migrant workers as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of Hefei’s spontaneous construction labor market in terms of age,gender,education level,wage,and characteristics of migrant workers.The research results show that there are problems in Hefei’s spontaneous construction labor market,such as inadequate management,older migrant workers,lower skill levels,and the lack of effective protection of migrant workers’legal rights such as compensation and labor protection.The government should formulate corresponding regulations and help migrant workers improve their vocational skills.
