摘 要:在建筑装修工程中,墙面抹灰是一项工程量大、质量要求严格的工程,抹灰机可以有效地提高工作效率、节约成本。抹灰机联动机构将抹灰板、抹灰料斗与机体连接起来,对其进行优化设计是决定抹灰效果的关键。文章确定出联动机构的基本结构,绘制出联动机构二维图,采用MATLAB软件编制优化程序进行杆长优化设计,并通过SolidWorks软件三维建模后,导入至ADAMS软件中进行运动学分析。结果表明:设计的联动机构可以将抹灰料斗和抹灰板很好的联动起来,完成目标动作,保证抹灰效果符合工作要求;优化杆长尺寸后,在ADAMS软件中进行模拟分析,发现联动机构与抹灰板连接处的竖直位移<1 mm,满足误差要求。In the construction and renovation project,the plastering project has large quantities of works and strict quality requirement.The plastering machine can meet the work requirements and improve the work efficiency.The plastering machine linkage mechanism connects the plastering board and the plastering hopper with the body,and completes a series of work such as automatic feeding,plastering and calendering in the plastering process.The optimal design of linkage mechanism of plastering machine is the key to determine the effect of plastering.According to the working requirements,the basic structure of the linkage mechanism is determined,and the two-dimensional graph of the linkage mechanism is drawn.The optimization program is compiled by MATLAB software to optimize the length of the linkage.After three-dimensional modeling by SolidWorks software,it is imported into ADAMS software for kinematics analysis.The results show that:The linkage mechanism can link the plastering hopper and the plastering board well to complete the target action.When the length of rod is optimized,simulation analysis is carried out in Adams.The vertical displacement at the joint of linkage mechanism and plastering board is less than 1 mm.It can meet the error requirement and ensure the plastering effect.
