摘　　要：陈雪功教授认为胃病病位在胃,与肝、脾密切相关,其病理多是因滞而引起,遣方多以“和”立法,或疏肝理气,或健脾和胃,或佐以清热燥湿、温中、养阴、制酸、行气消痞、活血散瘀等,用药多寒热适调,皆注重调理气机,切勿使气机壅滞,疏肝和胃,理气健脾,使肝气条达,脾升胃降,气血生化有源。其次,陈老尤为重视寒热、虚实辨证,以补益脾胃固本,消补兼施,寒热适调,随证化裁,灵活变动。According to Professor Chen Xue-gong,stomach disease is closely related to liver and spleen,and its pathology is mostly caused by stagnation.Most of his prescriptions are based on harmonizing,such as soothing the liver and regulating qi movement,invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach,clearing heat and dampness,warming the middle,nourishing yin,making acid,moving qi and dispersing abdominal mass,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.In his medication,the cold and the hot are properly regulated;he emphasizes qi regulation,avoiding qi stagnation;his medication is to soothe liver and harmonize stomach,regulate qi and invigorate spleen,making liver qi acting freely,spleen qi ascending and stomach qi descending,generation and transformation of qi and blood with the source.Secondly,Professor Chen attached great importance to the differentiation of cold and heat,deficiency and excess,in order to tonify the spleen and stomach,eliminate and supplement simultaneously,adjust the cold and heat,and change flexibly according to the syndromes.
