芦岭矿“DMV”精细过程管控安全管理

摘　　要：煤炭对我国经济的发展起到了重要的作用,煤炭企业的安全运行是保障企业经济效益的前提保证,为获得更加优异的安全管理方式,以淮北矿业集团芦岭煤矿作为研究对象,为规范现场工序转换,加强过程控制,首创了“DMV”精细过程管控安全管理法,安全隐患明显降低,员工违规行为大大减少,2019年一季度与2018年一季度对比,违规人次下降20%;工程效果良好,效率增加,Ⅲ1022下底板抽放巷进尺由原来的每月70~80 m提高到每月近100 m。对于规范施工、提高工程质量和安全效果发挥了直接的保障促进作用。Coal on the economic development of China played a very important position,is the guarantee to the safe operation of coal enterprise to ensure the premise of enterprise economic benefits,in order to obtain more excellent way of safety management in luling coal mine of huaibei mining industry group as the research object,to regulate the procedures conversion,to strengthen the process control and luling mine pioneered"DMV"fine process control security management,significantly lower security hidden danger,employee misconduct greatly reduced,The number of violations decreased by 20%in the first quarter of 2019 compared with the first quarter of 2018;Engineering effect is good,the efficiency increased,Ⅲ1022 under floor drainage lane footage from the original 70~80 meters per month up to nearly 100 meters per month.It plays a direct role in safeguarding and promoting the standard construction,improving the quality and safety of the project.
