摘 要:针对薄煤层含硬夹矸难开采的问题,提出了合理利用工作面支承压力对夹矸进行破坏的思路,分析了支架作用对覆岩运动的影响;得出对于含有硬夹矸煤层并不是支架支撑力越大越好。计算了采场顶板安全控制所需的最低支护强度为0.33 MPa,以此为基础,计算得出每一架支架的最低工作阻力2200 kN。最后,模拟了支架采用不同的工作阻力时,煤壁前方的支承压力分布参数演化特征,重点分析了支架工作阻力改变对于夹矸破坏的影响。当支架工作阻力采用2200 kN时垂直应力峰值达到了29.214 MPa,此时夹矸破坏深度达到0.7 m,该值已经大于一个截深,能够有效提高割煤效率。In view of the problem of hard gangue sandwich mining in thin coal seam,this paper puts forward the idea of reasonably using the support pressure of working face to destroy gangue sandwich,and analyzes the influence of support on overburden movement.It is concluded that the stronger the support force is,the better the support force is.The minimum support strength required for roof safety control of stope is calculated to be 0.33 MPa.Based on this,the minimum working resistance of each support is calculated to be 2200 kN.Finally,the evolution characteristics of support pressure distribution parameters in front of the coal wall were simulated when the support adopted different working resistances,and the influence of the working resistances of the support on the destruction of gangue was analyzed.When the working resistance of the support is 2200 kN,the vertical stress peak reaches 29.214 MPa,and the destruction depth of gangue lost reaches 0.7 m,which is greater than a cutoff depth and can effectively improve the coal cutting efficiency.
