摘 要:血管闭塞试验(VOT)是一种在监测组织氧饱和度基础上模拟组织远端缺血再灌注过程,从而得到组织氧饱和度变化相关的VOT参数,以此来测量、评价微循环功能的试验。VOT具有实时、无创、连续等优点,被广泛用于评估外周组织微循环功能状态以及微循环变化与患者预后之间的关系。临床实践中医生主要关注患者血流动力学状况,而微循环功能由于缺乏实时的监测方法常常被忽视,这可能会导致患者尤其是危重症患者出现严重不良预后。鉴于此,本文着重介绍了基于组织氧饱和度监测的血管闭塞试验在临床中的应用。The vascular occlusion test(VOT)simulates the process of distal ischemia-reperfusion of tissue based on the monitoring of tissue oxygen saturation(StO2)to obtain VOT parameters related to StO2 changes,then measures and evaluates microcirculation function of the regional muscle tissue.VOT is real-time,noninvasive and continuous,and is widely used to evaluate the functional status of peripheral microcirculation and the relationship between microcirculation changes and prognosis of patients.In clinical,physicians focus more on hemodynamics status of patients,while microcirculation function is often neglected due to the lack of real-time monitoring methods,which may lead to severe poor prognosis in patients,especially in patients with critical illness.This study focuses on the clinical application of vascular occlusion test based on tissue oxygen saturation monitoring.
