摘  要:井下综采工作面噪声污染情况严重,长期危害现场作业人员的生理及心理健康。为了充分了解综采工作面噪声场的具体分布情况,本文利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对煤矿井下综采工作面的噪声场进行模拟研究,并结合现场噪声计权声压级实测进行对比分析,结果表明:1)通过数值模拟获得了井下综采工作面内多组噪声场的分布云图;2)综采工作面噪声场计权声压级介于40~110 d B,噪声级别较高点集中于采煤机、进风口、出风口区域,噪声场在采煤机处取得最大值110 d B;3)井下现场实测验证表明,综采工作面内采煤机处于不同工况位置条件下其噪声场的模拟值与试验值基本吻合,该数值模拟方法可用于井下综采工作面噪声场分布规律的研究。This paper intends to conduct a numerical simulation through a COMSOL Multiphysics software and make a comparative analysis of the simulation and the measurement of the mining face area,so as to get a better idea of the specific distribution of the noise of the fully-mechanized coalface. For the numerical simulation can help us to obtain the multiple nephograms of noise distribution. The results of our simulation show that:(1) With the change of the position of the coal-cutter in the fully-mechanized exploitation face,the high level noise area of the fullymechanized coalface tends to produce various changes as well.And,generally speaking,the weighted noise pressure level in the fully-mechanized coalface can be made to reach between 40 dB and 110 dB. What is more,the higher weighted noise pressure level tends to be focused on the area of the coal-cutter,and on the air inlet and outlet surrounding areas. More specifically speaking,the maximum weighted sound pressure level tends to come out to the frequency of about 110 dB in the area of the coalcutter,which proves to be consistent with the actual situation on the working face on site;(2) The noise distribution to the nearby areas tends to be different as well,depending on the different positions where the coal-cutter works. For instance,when the coal-cutter approaches the air outlet from the air inlet,the weighted sound pressure level of the nearby area turns to be decreasing to a relatively lower range,say,between 107. 1 dB and 109. 7 dB. At such a noise level,the coal miners who are working nearby for long would have to suffer a lot more physically and mentally,which implies that they are really in need for protection;(3)The result of the on-spot measurement shows that: when the coalcutter is in different working positions,the numerical simulation value of the noise field in the fully mechanized mining face is basically the same,or it can be said consistent with the measured data.
