摘  要:采用单因素和响应面法对浊点萃取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS)测定城镇污水中痕量纳米银进行优化,通过模拟和方差分析得到pH值、水浴时间、萃取温度、离心时间可达显著水平的三次响应面模型。通过响应面分析,得到浊点萃取的最优萃取条件为pH=3、水浴时间40 min、萃取温度40℃、离心时间10 min,此时实际浊点萃取率为100. 03%,与模型预测值(101. 57%)接近且实现完全萃取。另外,运用该优化条件对城镇污水处理厂中各处理单元纳米银质量浓度进行检测及加标回收,结果表明,该方法可实现在城镇污水中排除其他污染物干扰,达到有效富集纳米银的目的。The paper is inclined to analyze and determine the factors affecting the cloud point extraction(CPE for short below)through the single factor experiment and response surface methodology(RSM). The said silver nanoparticles in the municipal sewage can be determined by the CPE through the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP/MS) combination process. However,it has to be correlated with the 4 key parameters,i. e.,the surfactant concentration,pH value,extraction temperature,and the water bathing time,whereas the centrifugal time has to be quantified and defined by the CPE process. What is more,the regression coefficients and the statistical significance of the model terms has to be determined by the response surface analysis and the analysis of variance(ANOVA for short) so as for the mathematical models of the experimental data to optimize the overall sphere for the response variable,which can be predicted via the cubic response surface model. Besides,the results of the experimental data have to be made clear through the analysis of the experimental process and the statistical demands.Thus,the ANOVA result tends to indicate that it is possible to plot the response surface for the said experimental design(whose R2 value should be 0. 999 1) to fit for the experimental goal. On the other hand,the value of R2 Adjshould be equal to 0. 995 6,which can be well in accord with the perfect correlation measure of the regression equation. Besides, the variable coefficient(CV) value should be taken as 1. 25%(< 10%),which implies the model enjoys high reliability and precision. Thus,the above experimental results tend to show that the optimized conditions for the extraction efficiency should be pH =3,4 0 min of water bath time,at the extraction temperature of 4 0 ℃ for the centrifugal time of 1 0 min. And,in such a situation,the extraction efficiency of 1 0 0. 0 3 % can be expected to reach 1 0 1. 5 7 %.
