摘 要:对现有分子筛合成废液中氨氮及还原性物质的来源进行分析,确定降低排放废水中氨氮浓度及COD的方案。对现有ZSM-5分子筛制备流程进行优化,增加母液及赶胺水回用工序;建立母液浓缩装置,将钛硅分子筛合成一级母液和二级母液用于ZSM-5分子筛的合成,实现废液的梯级利用;将β分子筛合成母液用于ZSM-5分子筛的合成。上述措施既解决了因分子筛生产废液的排放造成的环境污染问题,亦因废物的资源化利用降低了ZSM-5分子筛的生产成本。The sources of ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand(COD)in wastewater from zeolite synthesis process were analyzed,and the solutions to reduce the discharge of ammonia nitrogen and COD were determined.The preparation process of ZSM-5 was optimized,and the reuse procedure of mother liquor and amine-water mixture was adopted.The mother liquor concentration device was built to apply primary mother liquor and secondary mother liquor from titanium silicalite molecular sieve synthesis process for the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite to realize the cascade utilization of waste mother liquors.The preparation of ZSM-5 zeolite using mother liquor fromβzeolite synthesis was also carried out.These results showed that the reuse procedure of mother liquor not only solves the environmental pollution caused by the discharge of waste liquid from the production of zeolite,but also reduces the production cost of ZSM-5 zeolite.
