腹腔镜下行Soave根治术治疗先天性巨结肠患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：为探讨腹腔镜下行Soave根治术治疗先天性巨结肠患儿的临床效果,选择2016年1月至2019年1月我院收治的50例先天性巨结肠患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。观察组在腹腔镜下行Soave根治术治疗,对照组行传统开腹手术治疗。比较2组患者术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,2组均顺利完成手术。但观察组术中出血明显少于对照组,术后肠道功能恢复明显早于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,腹腔镜下行Soave根治术治疗先天性巨结肠患儿安全有效,术中出血少,术后并发症少,患者恢复快,住院时间短,值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic Soave radical procedure for infantile congenital megacolon(CM,also named Hirschsprung’s disease),enrolled 50 CM infantile patients who admitted to and were treated in author’s hospital(2016-01-2019-01)and randomly divided into observation group(25 cases,received laparoscopic Soave radical procedure)and control group(25 cases,routine laparotomy surgery);then compared both group’s intraoperative bleeding volume,the time for intestinal function recovered after surgery,hospitalization time,and incidence status of complication.As results,both groups were smoothly performed on,but in intraoperative bleeding volume,the time for intestinal function recovered after surgery,hospitalization time,and total incidence of complication observation group was respectively and significantly less,earlier,shorter and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Restuls show that for CM laparoscopic Soave radical procedure is safe and effective with less intraoperative bleeding volume,less complication after surgery,and patients’faster recovery,as well shorter hospitalization time.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
