摘　　要：婚姻伦理具有规范夫妻行为、提高婚姻生活质量、保障社会和谐的重要功能。20世纪80年代以来,随着我国婚姻伦理问题的逐渐增多,学界主要围绕婚姻伦理的本质、变迁、存在困境及重构社会主义婚姻伦理观四个方面展开研究。针对当前我国婚姻伦理存在的困境,学者提出重塑婚姻的伦理性、培育婚姻主体责任意识、构建以爱情为根本基础的婚姻伦理观。虽然婚姻伦理的学术研究成果丰富,但存在研究内容不均衡、研究方法比较单一、实证研究不足等问题。Marriage ethics has the important functions of regulating the behavior of husband and wife,improving the quality of marriage life and ensuring social harmony.Since the 1980s,with the increasing problems of marriage ethics in China,the academic community mainly focuses on the nature,changes,existing difficulties and reconstruction of socialist marriage ethics.In view of the current dilemma of marriage ethics in China,scholars have proposed to reshape the ethics of marriage,cultivate the sense of responsibility of the entity of marriage,and build marriage ethics based on love.Although the academic research of marriage ethics is rich,there are still some problems,such as unbalanced research content,relatively single research method and insufficient empirical research.
