摘 要:以荒漠区濒危植物蒙古扁桃(Prunus mongolica)和沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)为实验材料,分别以其同科植物长柄扁桃(Prunus pedunculata)和榆叶梅(Prunus triloba)、细枝岩黄芪(Hedysarum scoparium)为参照植物,用TTC法测定探讨氮素添加对这些植物花粉活力的影响。结果表明:氮素添加对不同植物花粉活力的影响不尽相同。氮素添加对蒙古扁桃和长柄扁桃花粉活力具有显著促进作用,蒙古扁桃处理组花粉总活力在花蕾期和盛花期大于对照组,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);长柄扁桃处理组花粉总活力在花蕾期和初花期大于对照组,差异也达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。榆叶梅处理组花粉总活力只在初花期大于对照组,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。用TTC法检测的沙冬青和细枝岩黄芪花粉活力偏低,均在50%以下。其中沙冬青处理组花粉总活力在花蕾期、初花期和盛花期均高于对照组,但只在初花期差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);而细枝岩黄芪处理组花粉总活力在各期均低于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果说明濒危植物对氮素添加相对更加敏感。The endangered plants Prunus mongolica and Ammopiptanthus mongolicus in the desert area were used as experimental materials,the same family plants P.pedunculata,P.triloba,and Hedysarum scoparium were used as reference plants,the effects of nitrogen addition on the pollen vigor of these plants were investigated by TTC method.The experiment results showed that the effects of nitrogen addition on the pollen vitality of different plants were not the same.Nitrogen addition had the most significant effect on the pollen vitality of P.mongolica and P.pedunculata.The total pollen vitality of P.mongolica treated group was higher than that of the control group at the alabastrum stage and the full blooming stage,and the difference reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The total pollen vitality of P.pedunculata was higher in the alabastrum stage and the initial flowering stage than in the control group,and the difference also reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The total pollen vitality of the P.triloba treatment group was only higher than that of the control group at the initial flowering stage,and the difference reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The pollen vitality of A.mongolicus and H.scoparium tested by TTC method was low,all below 50%.The total pollen vitality of the A.mongolicus treatment group was higher than that of the control group at the alabastrum stage,initial flowering stage and full blooming stage,but only at the initial flowering stage reached a significant level(P<0.05);while the total pollen vitality of H.scoparium treatment group was lower than the control group in all flowering stage,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).It was shown that endangered plants were relatively more sensitive to nitrogen addition.
