摘 要:分析上海枢纽既有、在建及规划铁路概况及客运量,从既有铁路客站布局、客运服务质量及城市规划发展等角度,论证了新建上海铁路北客站的必要性。以国内外特大城市铁路枢纽客运站点分布为例,归纳总结了铁路枢纽客运站点设置的一般性规律。提出了上海北客站的三个规划选址方案,并对三个方案进行了比较分析。建议尽早明确上海北客站选址方案,并结合北部引入铁路干线的建设一并实施,力求为上海铁路枢纽后续的规划建设提供新的视角,为规划条件预留提供技术支撑。The general condition and passenger capacity of the existing Shanghai railway hub,the planning and projects under construction are analyzed.From the aspects of railway station layout,passenger service level and urban development,the construction of new Shanghai North Railway Station is proposed.Then,focusing on the distribution of passenger transport stations of railway hubs in mega cities all around the world,the general rules of passenger transport at railway hubs are summarized,three location plans of Shanghai North Railway Station are put forward and comparatively analyzed.It is suggested that the station location plan should be decided as early as possible,and be constructed together with the railway main lines from the North,in order to provide a new perspective for the follow-up planning and construction of Shanghai Railway Hub with the technical support for the reservation of planning conditions.
