摘  要:通过溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,丙烯腈为硬单体,2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-异氰酸基乙酯和环氧树脂E-03生成物作为官能单体,合成了用于改性环氧树脂的丙烯酸酯低聚物。讨论了低聚物用量对体系性能的影响。结果表明:低聚物用量为20%时,改性体系的综合性能比较好,剥离强度、常温剪切强度和断裂伸长率分别比未改性体系提高了350%、19.5%和74%。BA used as the soft monomer, AN used as the hard monomer, 2-IEMA and E-03 were reacted as the functional monomer, the solution polymerization was used to synthesize the acrylate oligomer modified epoxy. The influence of the amount of oligomer on the properties was discussed. The result showed that the system has outstanding adhesion properties when the amount of oligomer 20% of the total mass of the reactants,the peel strength,the shear strength at room temperature and the elongation were increased by 350%、19.5% and 74% respectively.
