摘　　要：探讨了广佛环城际铁路东平1号隧道明挖法钢板桩围堰分期倒边穿越英雄河的施工技术,分析了施工工艺原理、流程及要点,提出了施工安全与质量保障措施。论述了施工监测的监控目的和主要监控项目。This paper discusses the construction technology of open cut steel sheet pile cofferdam of Dongping No.1 Tunnel of Guangfo ring intercity railway crossing Yingxiong River by stages, analyzes the construction technology principle, process and key points, puts forward construction safety and quality assurance measures, and discusses the monitoring purpose and main monitoring items of construction monitoring.
