摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,通过调整丙烯酸单体的配比,以不同滴加工艺合成了一种水溶性丙烯酸树脂,配套亲水改性的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)制成水溶性PVDF清漆,以此清漆制作水性PVDF涂料,制得的涂料性能与溶剂型PVDF性能相当。With methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as raw materials, a kind of water-soluble acrylic acid was synthesized by adjusting the ratio of acrylic monomers and different dropping processes. The water-soluble PVDF varnish was made by matching with hydrophilic modified PVDF, and the water-soluble PVDF coating was made by using this varnish.The performance of the coating is comparable to that of the solvent-based PVDF.
