摘 要:管建华教授诘问:"有一种说法,以今天的音乐学院体制,阿炳考不上民乐系,刘天华考不上作曲系,梅兰芳考不上歌剧系,王光祈考不上音乐学系。"这是中国音乐教育界的领军人物管建华教授对中国音乐教育现状的反思,也是其倡导构建"中华母语音乐教育体系"的初衷,反映了管教授的音乐教育观。他以国际视野把握中国、东方与世界音乐文化的同与异,以本土意识去探索并践行多元文化下中华母语音乐教育体系架构,汲取西方和世界多元音乐文化不等于盲目,恰恰是在世界多元中去把握中国这一元应如何独立性存在,否则便会迷失自我。诘问音犹在耳,斯人驾鹤西归,何为母语,何以东方,中国音乐教育的道路究竟应该怎样走,中国音乐学界应有自己的深层思考与回答。Professor Guan Jianhua asked, "there is a saying that in today’s conservatory system, A Bing can’t get into the department of folk music, Liu Tianhua can’t get into the department of composition, Mei Lanfang can’t get into the department of opera, and Wang Guangqi can’t get into the department of musicology." Professor Guan Jianhua is a leading figure in music education in China and this is his reflection on the current situation of Chinese music education. It is also his original intention to advocate the construction of "music education system of Chinese native language", which reflects Professor Guan’s view of music education. He grasps the similarities and differences of Chinese, Oriental, and world music cultures from an international perspective, and explores and practices the music education system framework of Chinese mother tongue under the multicultural environment with a local consciousness. The Chinese musicology circle should have its own deep thinking and answer to the questions of what is the mother tongue, what is east, and how the Chinese music education should go.
