摘　　要：目的:构建珠海市社区卫生服务质量评价指标体系。方法:运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,结合珠海市的实际情况,构建珠海市社区卫生服务质量评价指标体系。结果:指标体系包括结构质量、过程质量、结果质量3个一级指标,人员配置、物资配置、管理制度、机构合理用药、机构过程管理、2型糖尿病诊疗、高血压诊疗、急性上呼吸道感染合理用药、社区获得性肺炎诊疗、住院率、慢性病管理、居民信任程度12个二级指标,基本药物配备率等57个三级指标。结论:构建的社区卫生服务质量评价指标体系科学可靠,可作为社区卫生服务质量评价的参考工具。Objective:To construct the quality evaluation indicator system for community health services in Zhuhai City.Methods:The Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to construct the indicator system of quality evaluation of community health service in zhuhai city.Results:The indicator system were constructed with 3 primary indicators(quality of structure,quality of process and quality of results),12 secondary indicators(personnel configuration,material configuration,management system,institutional rational drug use,institutional process management,treatment for type 2 diabetes,treatment for hypertension,rational medication for acute upper respiratory tract infection,treatment for community-acquired pneumonia,hospitalization rate,management of chronic disease,resident's trust level)and 57 third-level indicators(allocation rate of basic drug et al).Conclusion:The quality evaluation indicator system of community health service constructed is scientific and reliable,it can be used as a reference tool for community health service quality evaluation.
