摘　　要：发展医务社会工作是实施健康中国战略的必然要求,我国医务社会工作的发展尚处初级阶段,与部分国家的医务社会工作存在较大的差距。本文通过文献分析法总结了部分国家医务社会工作发展的理论和实践经验,结合国情分析对我国医务社会工作发展的启示,应培育社区共同体,加强社区与医院的密切联系,为社区健康发展提供支撑。加强医务社会工作服务的资源链接和整合建设,为医务社会工作的发展提供资源保障;将实际服务能力和专业研究能力的培养相结合,拓展医务社会工作服务的途径。The development of medical social work is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of healthy China strategy.The development of the medical social work is still in its infancy in China,and there is a big gap compared with the development of medical social work in some countries.This study summarized the theoretical and practical experience in the development of medical social work in some countries through literature analysis,and analyzed the enlightenment brought to the development of medical social work in China based on the national conditions.They are mainly reflected in strengthening the close relationship between the community and the hospital based on the community,providing support for the healthy development of the community.The government should strengthen the resource link and integration construction of medical social work services and provide resources guaran・tee for the development of medical social work services.It emphasizes the combination of practical service ability and professional research ability to expand the way of medical social work service.
