摘　　要：目的:了解目前贵阳市HPV疫苗接种人群接种原因及其对相关知识的掌握程度,以促进疫苗推广工作。方法:以整群随机抽样的方式抽取贵阳市南明区、观山区的5个社区卫生中心,以2018年6月1日-6月30日进行疫苗接种的人群为调查对象进行问卷调查,探讨可能影响调查对象进行疫苗接种的因素,并了解其对相关健康教育的需求。结果:调查对象进行疫苗接种多出于主动提髙自我健康水平的需要,但疫苗接种前接受健康教育的比例未达到100%,且对相关知识掌握不全面。调查对象赞同多样化健康教育形式,关注疫苗安全性和有效性方面的知识。结论:相关部门应提供内容丰富、形式多样的健康宣教,引导公众正确认识HPV疫苗的作用及适用范围,使疫苗的推广普及工作更加规范、合理,实现免疫效果最大化。Objective:To understand the reasons and the mastery of relevant knowledge for the HPV vaccination population in Guiyang,so as to put forward suggestions for the improvement of the vaccine inoculation work.Methods:Questionnaires were surveyed by people who were on vaccination.To explore the factors that may affect the vaccination of the respondents by statistical analysis,and to understand their needs for related health education.Results:Most of the subjects were injected for the purpose of actively improving their health level,but the proportion of receiving health education before vaccination did not reach 100%,and they did not have a comprehensive grasp of relevant knowledge.Conclusion:Relevant departments should provide the public with rich content and various forms of health education,and guide the public to correctly understand the role and application scope of HPV vaccine inoculation,so as to make the promotion and popularization of vaccine inoculation more standardized and reasonable and maximize the immune effect.
