妇科门诊患者宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科门诊初诊妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒的基因分型情况。方法选取2014年1月至2016年6月北京地区来北京天坛医院就诊的10252例妇科门诊妇女宫颈上皮细胞标本,采用基因扩增及导流杂交技术进行21种HPV分型检测。结果妇科门诊妇女检出HPV感染1930例(感染率18.83%),主要感染类型为HPV-52、16和58,以单一感染及高危感染为主。在年龄分布上以<23岁感染率最高,为35.48%,>60岁感染率最低,为12.97%。与同期我院体检妇女检出情况相比,妇科门诊妇女检出率较高,二者主要感染型别均为HPV-52、16、58、CP8304、53和39。结论妇科门诊初诊妇女HPV感染率高于体检妇女,主要感染类别相近,高感染率呈现年轻化趋势。Objective To investigate the genotyping of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in female outpatients of gynecology clinic.Methods From January 2014 to June 2016,cervical epithelial cells in 10252 female outpatients of gynecology clinic in Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University were collected.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and gene-chip technique were used to detect HPV gene subtype.Results HPV positive results were found in1930 women with the infection rate of 18.83%,The predominant types of HPV infection were type-52,16 and 58.The main infection types were high-risk and single infection.Women less than 23 years old had the highest infection rate of35.48%,while women more than 60 years had the lowest infection rate of 12.97%.Compared with women for physical examination,the infection rate of female outpatients was higher,the main genotypes of the two groups were HPV-52、16、58、CP8304、53 and 39.Conclusion HPV infection rate in outpatient women was higher than that in women for physical examination.The predominant types were similar,and the young women,especially those aged<23 years,are more susceptible to HPV infection.
