摘  要:对某含银铜硫矿石进行了优先浮选与混合浮选工艺试验研究。结果显示,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占90%条件下,采用“一次粗选—两次精选—两次扫选”的优先浮铜工艺,可获得铜品位20.17%、回收率98.41%,银品位277.9 g/t、回收率92.38%的铜精矿;经“一次粗选—两次精选—两次扫选”选硫,获得硫品位37.11%、硫回收率43.76%的硫精矿。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占80%条件下,采用“一次粗选—三次精选—两次扫选”的铜硫混合浮选和“一次粗选-一次精选-一次扫选”铜硫分离工艺,获得铜品位20.03%、回收率93.37%,银品位259.5 g/t、回收率82.41%的铜精矿;硫精矿硫品位32.34%、硫回收率26.01%。优先浮选精矿铜、银品位及回收率均高于混合选浮工艺,且优先浮选工艺过程稳定可靠,药剂制度简单,适合生产,对类似含银铜硫矿石工艺流程的选择具有重要参考价值。The preferential flotation and bulk flotation of a silver-bearing copper-sulfur ore were carried out.The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 90%,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.17%,recovery rate of 98.41%,silver grade of 277.9 g/t and recovery rate of 92.38%can be obtained twice by adopting the“one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging”process,and the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 37.11%and sulfur recovery of 43.76%can be obtained.Under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 80%,the copper sulfur bulk floatation process of"one roughing,three cleaning,two scavenging"and the copper sulfur separation process of"one roughing,one cleaning,one scavenging"were used to obtain the copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.03%,recovery rate of 93.37%,silver grade of 259.5 g/t and recovery rate of 82.41%,sulfur grade of 32.34%and sulfur recovery rate of 26.01%.The grade and recovery rate of copper and silver in the fine flotation concentrate are higher than those in the mixed flotation process,and the process of the fine flotation process is stable and reliable,the reagent system is simple,and it is suitable for production,which has important reference value for the selection of similar process flow of silver bearing copper sulfur ore.
