摘  要:某低品位铀矿石含铀155 g/t,经过重选抛尾、粗精矿磁选回收铁、铅银浮选后可获得铀品位为377 g/t的浮铀给矿。采用正浮选工艺对其中主要有用矿物——铌钛铀矿进行了回收,并综合回收了稀土矿物。结果表明,经过两次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选闭路试验流程可获得铀品位5465 g/t、二氧化铈品位5406 g/t,铀作业回收率89.04%、二氧化铈作业回收率69.29%的铀精矿。A low-grade uranium ore contains 155 g/t of uranium.Floating uranium for ore feeding with uranium grade of 377 g/t can be obtained after gravity separation and tailing,magnetic separation of coarse concentrate and flotation of iron and lead silver.The main useful mineral-mendeleevite was recovered by the positive flotation,and the rare earth minerals were comprehensively recovered.Uranium concentrates with U grade of 5465 g/t,CeO2 grade of 5406 g/t,U recovery of 89.04%and CeO2 recovery of 69.29%can be obtained by two-roughing,two-cleaning and one-scavenging closed-circuit test.
