分支浮选在低品位铝土矿选矿中的应用实践

摘　　要：论述了分支浮选在某铝土矿选矿厂的工业应用实践。针对Al2O3含量50%、A/S为2左右的原矿,开展了分支粗选和分支串流浮选条件试验。工业试验在条件试验的基础上,采用分支粗选和分支串流浮选联合流程。通过分支浮选最终获得产率60%、Al2O3含量61%、A/S为6.4左右的铝精矿。各项关键指标较原有浮选流程均有明显改善。The industrial application of branch flotation in a bauxite concentrator is discussed.For the raw ore with Al2O3 content of 50%and A/S of about 2,the conditions of branch roughing and branch cross flow flotation were tested.Based on the condition test,the industrial test adopts the combined process of branch roughing and branch cross flow flotation.The aluminum concentrate with 60%yield,61%Al2O3 content and 6.4 A/S was obtained by branch flotation.The key indexes of the flotation process are obviously improved.
