摘  要:乳化污泥是一种在冶金、石油化工和煤化工等多个行业生产过程中产生,并且长期堆放的污泥,由于所含杂质复杂,物性黏稠,固液分离难度大,成为污泥处理技术的难点。提出了新的乳化污泥固液分离设备,通过浆化与压力挤压配合,实现对污泥的固液分离,高挤压力分离得到的固态料含水率低于50%,同时乳化污泥中乳化膜经过压力挤压而破碎,实现了机械物理破乳,无需再进行化学破乳,减少乳化污泥中化学组分的添加,节省工序,具有很高的实用性和创新性。Emulsified sludge is a kind of sludge produced in the production process of metallurgy,petrochemical industry,coal chemical industry and other industries,which has been piled up for a long time.Because of the complex impurities and viscous physical properties,Solid-liquid separation becomes the difficulty of sludge treatment technology.A new solid-liquid separation equipment for emulsified sludge is proposed in this paper.Solid-liquid separation of sludge is realized by slurry and pressure extrusion,and the moisture content of solid material separated by high extrusion pressure is less than 50%.At the same time,the emulsified membrane in the emulsified sludge is crushed by pressure extrusion,which realizes mechanical physical demulsification without chemical demulsification,reduces the addition of chemical components in the emulsified sludge,and simplifies the process.This technology has high practicability and innovation.
