摘 要:胎盘来源的人羊膜细胞是干细胞治疗的理想种子细胞。从人羊膜分离出的上皮细胞和间充质细胞具有自我更新、多系分化、可植入性等优良特性。而且,人羊膜上皮细胞和间充质细胞均可通过细胞接触和旁分泌效应调节免疫细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等过程,改善免疫微环境。本文综述了人羊膜细胞对免疫细胞和免疫相关细胞因子分泌的调节作用,展示了其在治疗慢性炎症性疾病和自身免疫性疾病中的巨大临床应用潜力。Human amniotic cells derived from placenta are ideal seed cells for stem cell therapy.Epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells isolated from human amniotic membrane have excellent characteristics such as self-renewal,multilineage differentiation,and implantability.Moreover,human amniotic epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells can regulate the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of immune cells through cell contact and paracrine effects,and improve the immune microenvironment.This article reviews the regulation effect of human amnion cells on immune cells and immune-related cytokine secretion.These progresses suggest that human amniotic cells have great potential for the treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
