摘  要:本文研究某石化企业存在超温及严重球化的加热炉炉管的剩余寿命评价方法,开展金相检测、壁厚检测、有限元应力分析等试验及分析测试,并根据受火材料硬度折算许用应力的方法进行球化炉管的弹性设计校核,根据文献统计的球化炉管持久性能进行球化炉管的蠕变一断裂校核,从而评价球化炉管的安全性及剩余寿命,为炉管继续安全运行提供了依据,也为存在材质劣化炉管的寿命评价提供了方法支持。This sutdy investigated the remaining life assessment method for fumce tube with over heated history and spheroidization damage.The metallographic test,tube wall thickness test,and finite element stress analysis were performed.The elastic design check were performed by using converted allowable stress according to hardness of fire damaged material.Furthermore,the rupture design check were calculated by using rupture properties of spheroidized tube materials which collected from reference.The remaining life of spheroidized tube were assessed based on these analysis,which provide a basis for safety operating of tubes,and also provide a method to predict life of tube with material degradation.
