摘  要:水平井下套管遇阻情况时有发生,套管的特殊性决定了处理方式的单一,延长气田延303平1井最近发生了一次下套管遇阻,采用了上提下放、循环泥浆、浸泡解卡等方式处理,最终未能成功解卡,为抢救该井,只能提前固井。通过总结事故成因,分析处理过程得失,为今后下套遇阻卡提出了相应的预防措施及建议。Horizontal borehole casing blocked situation happen from time to tome, the particularity of casing decided the handling of a single, extended field drawing 303-ping 1 well recently happened a casing blocked, the lift down, circulating mud, soaking solution card processing, eventually failed to the card,to rescue the well, only the cementing in advance. This paper summarizes the causes of the accident, analyzes the pros and cons of the process, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures and Suggestions for the next set of distress CARDS.
