摘 要:分析了一种拉深弯曲工件的结构工艺性,对同时具有拉深、弯曲等工艺的冲压件,采用了通过分离相邻制件材料的方式,避免了拉深材料流动的影响。同时巧妙地利用制件的圆孔作为导正孔并起到拉深变形释放的作用,达到了合理安排冲压顺序的目的,保证了制件的冲压精度。级进模经过长期生产表明,制件的质量优良,且发挥了冲压连续性的特点,生产效率较高。The processability of a deep drawing and bending part was analyzed. For the stamping parts with deep drawing and bending processes, the influence of material flow in deep drawing was avoided by separating adjacent parts. At the same time, the circular hole of the part was skillfully used as the guiding hole and played the role releasing the deep drawing deformation, so as to arrange the stamping sequence reasonably and ensure the precision of the parts. The long-term production of the progressive die shows that the quality of parts is excellent, the advantage of stamping continuity is brought into play, and the production efficiency is high.
