摘　　要：目的总结甲磺酸阿帕替尼致药品不良反应的特点,为安全合理用药提供参考。方法对40例服用阿帕替尼出现不良反应的患者性别、年龄、临床诊断、既往不良反应史、服药剂量、服药频次、不良反应累积器官-系统及临床表现、不良反应发生时间、处理和预后等信息进行统计分析。结果老年男性更易发生阿帕替尼所致不良反应;不良反应主要症状为血压升高、胃肠道反应、乏力、肝功能异常、皮肤损伤等;一般不良反应22例,严重不良反应18例。结论应重视阿帕替尼药品不良反应监测,提高用药安全性。Objective To summarize the characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by apatinib mesylate and provide data for safe and rational medication.Methods The gender,age,clinical diagnosis,history of adverse reactions,dosage,frequency of administration,organs or systems involved,clinical manifestations,time of occurrence,treatment and prognosis of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed among 40 patients with apatinib-caused adverse reactions.Results Elder males were more vulnerable to adverse reactions caused by apatinib.The main symptoms of adverse reactions included elevated blood pressure,gastrointestinal reactions,fatigue,abnormal liver function and skin lesion.There were 22 cases of mild adverse reactions and 18 cases of serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Adverse drug reactions caused by apatinib should be more effectively monitored to improve the safety of medication.
