摘　　要：针对闪电电磁脉冲频谱较宽的特点,设计一种用于闪电磁场测量的宽频带感应式传感器。采用空心线圈作为接收传感器,提高传感器工作带宽;建立传感器等效噪声模型,对传感器灵敏度和噪声水平进行了理论分析和仿真,研制了低噪声检测电路,设计制作了一款低噪声、宽频带、感应式磁场传感器。采用亥姆赫兹线圈对传感器进行了标定,并在磁屏蔽室内进行了噪声水平测试,测试结果表明,传感器带宽为1~100 kHz,在10 kHz处噪声为20 fT/Hz,在100 kHz处噪声为4 fT/Hz,测试性能与理论分析一致。In view of the wide spectrum of lightning electromagnetic pulse,a broadband induction magnetometer for measuring lightning magnetic field was designed.In order to improve the bandwidth of the magnetometer,an air coil was used as the receiving sensor.The equivalent noise model was established and the sensitivity and noise level of the magnetometer were theoretically analyzed and simulated.A low noise detection circuit was designed and developed and a low noise broadband induction magnetometer was produced.The magnetometer was calibrated by Helmholtz coil and the noise was measured in the magnetic shielding room.The test results show that the bandwidth of the sensor is 1~100 kHz,the equivalent magnetic field noise at 10 kHz is 20 fT/Hz,and at 100 kHz is 4 fT/Hz.The test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
