音乐疗法在失智症患者中的应用现状

摘　　要：音乐疗法是一种简单、经济且有效的治疗方法,近年来已被广泛应用于失智症患者并取得了一定成效。该文主要从实施者、实施对象、实施方法、效果评价及作用机制几方面对音乐疗法在失智症患者中的应用进行综述;提出通过社区筛查患者、多学科合作促进康复、对照顾者进行音乐疗法的培训,促进音乐疗法在失智症患者中的推广。Music therapy is a simple,economical and effective treatment method.It has been widely used in caring of the patients with dementia in recent years and it's positive effects have been proved.This article reviewed the music therapy used in treating patients with dementia from the following aspects:treatment provider,subjects,methods,effect evaluation,and mechanism of music therapy.We recommended community screening for patients,multidisciplinary cooperation to promote rehabilitation,and training for caregivers,to promote music therapy in patients with dementia.
