摘  要:以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物、烷氧基硅烷为封端剂,在催化剂存在下进行脱醇缩合反应,制得烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷。探讨了催化剂用量和封端剂种类对封端效果的影响,采用红外光谱和核磁共振表征产物结构,并考察了产物的贮存稳定性。结果表明,实验成功制得了烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,较佳的催化剂用量为0. 09%。当采用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷作为封端剂时,封端效率为94%,产物经100℃×72 h和常温12个月贮存后,黏度变化率均小于5%,经钛酸酯法测试无明显"黏度高峰"现象,贮存稳定性良好,可作为单组分室温硫化硅橡胶的基础聚合物。Using α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer and alkoxysilane as a blocking agent,in the presence of a catalyst,a dealcoholization reaction is performed to obtain an alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The effects of the amount of catalyst and the types of blocking agent on the blocking effect of polydimethylsiloxane were discussed. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance,and the storage stability of the product was investigated. The results show that the alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane is successfully prepared by the experiments. The preferred catalyst content is 0.09%. When vinyltrimethoxysilane is used as the capping agent,the capping efficiency is 94%. After the end-capped product is aged at 100℃ × 72 h and stored at room temperature for12 months,the viscosity change rate is less than 5%. There is no obvious " viscosity peak " after titanate test,which indicates the alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane has good storage stability and can be used as the base polymer for RTV-1 silicone rubber.
