摘 要:为探索不同处理对菊花茉莉扦插繁殖的影响。以3~4年生菊花茉莉植株的1年生枝条剪制插穗,分别探讨了基质种类、来自枝条不同部位的插穗及插穗长度等对扦插生根及生长的影响。基质种类对菊花茉莉扦插的生根率、根系数量、根系长度、新梢率、新梢长度及叶片数量等指标有显著影响;混合基质较单一基质质地疏松,具有良好的保水性、通气性及pH条件,并含有适量的营养物质;扦插于混合基质(V泥炭∶V椰糠=1∶1)的插穗的生根率、新梢率及叶片数量均最高,根系数量及长度等指标也处于最高水平;采用枝条基部剪制的插穗其生根率、新梢率及叶片数量等指标均显著高于枝条中上部;插穗长度对菊花茉莉扦插的生根率、根系数量、新梢率、新梢长度及叶片数量等指标有显著影响,长度为8~12 cm的插穗,其生根率、根系数量、新梢率、叶片数量等指标均最高。因此,适宜的扦插基质及插穗类型对菊花茉莉扦插生根及生长有促进作用,采用枝条基部剪制成长度8~12 cm的插穗,扦插于混合基质(V泥炭∶V椰糠=1∶1)上,扦插效果最佳。The research aimed to explore the effects of different treatments on cutting propagation of Jasminum sambac.Using the one-year-old branch on the three to four-year-old plant of J.sambac as cutting materials,the influences of different cutting mediums,cuttings collection positions and length on cutting rooting and seedling growth were studied.The results were shown as follows:The different cutting mediums had a significant effect on cutting rooting rate,root number,root length,shoot rate,shoot number,shoot length callus rate and leaf number.Compared with the single medium,the mixed medium has loose texture,good water retention,ventilation and pH conditions,and contains appropriate nutrients.The rooting rate,shoot rate and leaf number of cuttings on mixed medium(V peat:V coir=1:1)were the highest,and the number and length of roots were also at the highest level.In terms of rooting rate,shoot rate and leaf number,cuttings from the basal section of branches were significantly higher than those from the middle and upper section of branches.The different cuttings length had significant effects on the rooting rate,root number,shoot rate,shoot length and leaf number of J.sambac cuttings.The rooting rate,root number,shoot rate and leaf number of cuttings with length of 8-12 cm were the highest.Therefore,the suitable cutting medium and cuttings type helped the rooting and growth of J.sambac cuttings.The mixed medium(V peat:V coir=1:1)has the best cutting effect,and the cuttings from the basal section of branches and length control at 8~12 cm was preferred for J.sambac cutting.
