摘 要:通过拌和0.85、1.00、1.10、1.20、1.30等5组不同水胶比的塑性混凝土,对其进行坍落度、扩散度、抗压强度、弹性模量和渗透系数试验,探究不同水胶比对塑性混凝土性能的影响,探讨其影响机理,比较水胶比对其各项性能的影响程度大小。结果表明:塑性混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量随着水胶比的增加呈近似线性减小;其渗透系数随着水胶比的增加呈近似指数增长;相同用水量下水胶比变化对塑性混凝土坍落度和扩散度无明显影响;水胶比对塑性混凝土各项性能的影响程度从大到小顺序为抗渗性能、变形性能、抗压性能、工作性能。所得结论对塑性混凝土在工程实践中的应用具有重要的意义。By mixing 5 groups of plastic concrete with different water-to-binder ratios such as 0.85,1.00,1.10,1.20 and 1.30,the slump,diffusivity,compressive strength,elastic modulus and permeability coefficient were tested to explore the effect of different water-to-binder ratio on the properties of plastic concrete,explore its influence mechanism,and compare the influence degree of water-to-binder ratio on its various properties.The results show that the compressive strength and elastic modulus of plastic concrete decrease approximately linearly with the increase of water-to-binder ratio.The permeability coefficient increases approximately exponentially with the increase of water-to-binder ratio.The change of water-to-binder ratio under the same water consumption has no obvious effect on the slump and diffusion of plastic concrete.The degree of influence of water-to-binder ratio on various properties of plastic concrete is from impermeability to deformation property,compressive property and work performance.The conclusions obtained are of great significance for the application of plastic concrete in engineering practice.
