摘  要:农业剩余物秸秆的再生利用问题一直是研究的热点。以硫氧镁水泥为基体,玉米秸秆为增强相,研究了秸秆的形态和掺量对硫氧镁水泥基秸秆复合材料力学性能、耐水性能、表观密度的影响规律,并选出秸秆最优形态和掺量,为进一步探索硫氧镁水泥基秸秆复合材料的发泡研究提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:秸秆的形态和掺量对复合材料的性能影响较大,综合力学性能、耐水性能、表观密度的试验结果,最终确定秸秆长度为2~3 cm,秸秆掺量为氧化镁质量的6%为秸秆的最佳形态和掺量。The problem of recycling and utilization of agricultural residues straw has always been a research hotspot.It uses magnesium oxysulfate cement as the matrix and corn stalk as the reinforcing phase.It studied the influence of the shape and content of the straw magnesium oxysulfate cement mechanical properties of composites based straw,water resistance,apparent density,and select the best shape and content,it provides a theoretical basis for further exploration of foaming research of magnesium oxysulfate cement-based straw materials.The results shown that the shape and content of straw have a great influence on the composites,test results of comprehensive mechanical properties,water resistance,apparent density,finally,the shape of the straw is 2~3 cm and the straw content is 6%of the mass of magnesium oxide is the best shape and content.
