摘 要:均压电容器是高压断路器的重要设备,其绝缘状态对断路器的可靠运行有着重要影响,对其运行状况进行可靠评估对维护电网安全意义重大。虽然介质损耗因数测量是判断电气设备绝缘情况较为灵敏有效的方法,但均压电容器受试验条件所限,现场介质损耗因数测试多在10 kV及以下开展,由于设备本身Garton效应的存在,有时所测异常数据并不能真实反映设备绝缘状态。论文针对一起500 kV高压断路器均压电容因Garton效应造成的介损测试异常原因进行分析,提出了现场试验中判断设备Garton效应的方法以及应对策略,为500 kV高压断路器均压电容器的状态评价和运行维护提供参考。Grading capacitor is an important equipment of high voltage circuit breaker and its insulation status has important influence on the reliable operation of circuit breaker. The reliable assessment of its operation status is of great significant for the safety of network maintenance. The measurement of dielectric dissipation factor is a sensitive and effective approach to judge the electrical insulation conditions of electric equipment. In this paper, the reason of abnormal dielectric loss test caused by Garton effect on voltage equalizing capacitor of 500 kV high voltage circuit breaker is analyzed, the method of judging Garton effect and corresponding strategies are proposed in field testing,which provides reference for condition evaluation and operation maintenance of voltage equalizing capacitor of 500 kV high voltage circuit breaker.
