摘 要:配电网作为电网的重要组成部分,与广大人民群众的生产生活息息相关,但目前配电网普遍存在电能质量方面的问题,尤其是高(低)温大负荷运行方式下,“低电压”问题尤为突出。如何科学合理地优化配电网,从根本上杜绝电压质量问题反复出现是当务之急。本文针对湖北地区配电网进行分析,可知配电网“低电压”主要有4类成因,围绕这4类原因,提出基于“低电压”治理的配电网优化策略,结合运行分析以及需求分析结果,摸清问题情况与治理目标,通过运维管控、工程治理等手段,并在治理过程中定期跟踪分析,动态完善治理策略,彻底解决配电网“低电压”问题。Power distribution network,as an important member of power network,is closely related to the production and life of people.However,the generally existed power quality problem at present network,es⁃pecially the low voltage problem at high( low)temperature and high load is particularly acute.The highest priority is on how to optimize distribution network reasonably and stop reoccurrence of voltage quality prob⁃lem.In this paper,the distribution network in Hubei province is analyzed,knowing the four factors for the low voltage of distribution network.As for the four factors,the optimization strategy of distribution network based on low voltage treatment is proposed.The situation and treatment object are mastered with combina⁃tion of the result of operation analysis and the demand analysis and the low voltage problem is solved thor⁃oughly through such measures as operation and maintenance control,engineering control,periodical track⁃ing during the treatment period and the dynamic treatment strategy improvement.
