摘 要:苏里格地区大量气井储层改造时进入地层及井筒的液体无法快速、有效返排。为避免对储层造成二次伤害,影响气井产能,统计该地区大量气井排液数据,结合现场施工经验,分析了影响气井压后排液效果的主要因素;对常用关放排液、液氮伴注排液、连续油管气举排液等技术从原理、适用条件、使用方法等方面进行讨论,结合现场实际应用情况进行类比分析,提出不同排液工艺的优化方法。结果表明,合理利用地层弹性能量和气体携液能力是提高排液效率的重要手段。根据气井压后的实际情况选择合理的排液方式,可达到指导作业现场快速排液的目的。During the stimulation of a large number of gas well reservoirs in the Sulige area,liquids entering the formation and wellbore cannot be quickly and effectively returned.In order to avoid the re-damage to the reservoir and affect gas well productivity,this paper collected a large number of gas well drainage data in the area.The main factors affecting the drainage effect after gas well pressure combined with the construction experience.The commonly used technologies such as shut-off drainage,liquid nitrogen associated injection drainage,and coiled tubing gas lift drainage were discussed in terms of principles,applicable conditions,and usage methods.Based on the analog analysis of the actual application in the field,an optimization method for different drainage processes is proposed.The results show that the rational use of formation elastic energy and gas-carrying capacity is an important means to improve drainage efficiency.According to the actual situation after gas well pressure,a reasonable drainage method can be selected to guide the rapid drainage of the operation site.
