摘　　要：依据新型农村社区与中心城镇的位置关系,将新型农村社区划分为城郊型、集镇型和中心村型3种类型,并分析3种类型的新型农村社区的区位特征、演化过程、发展动力和产业结构等状况。从地域空间结构、人口结构、经济结构、社会文化状况和生态环境5个方面分析了三类新型农村社区对城镇化的影响,认为城郊型和集镇型新型农村社区建设是城镇化的一种直接途径,而中心村型新型农村社区是一种城市的雏形。最后,对新型农村社区未来发展的前景进行了预测,并提出了新型农村社区可持续发展的对策建议。Based on the positional relationship between the new rural community and the center town,the new rural communities were dived into three types,including suburban-type,town-type and center village-type,and analyzed the geographical features,evolution process,driving force and industrial structure of each type.We analyzed the effects of different types of new rural communities on urbanization from geographical spatial structure,population structure,economic structure,social and cultural conditions and eco-environment.We thought that the building of suburban-type and town-type new rural communities is a direct urbanization way,and the center village-type new rural community is the prototype of urban.Finally,the prospects for the future development of new rural communities and some suggestions for sustainable development of new rural communities were proposed.
