Bohai P oilfield is a complex small fault block heavy oilfield, and most of the blocks are developed with natural energy. With the decrease of temperature and pressure in the production process of oil wells, organic material is easy to precipitate, blocking the screen surface and near-well bore region and causing a decrease in production.Conventional stimulation measures have problems such as large investment in equipment, complicated procedures, high energy consumption, easy damage to oil reservoirs, and difficult treatment of produced fluids. Thus, research on bio-enzyme blocking removal technology is carried out, biological enzymes are water-soluble products composed of various biological compounds dominated by enzymes. Laboratory experiments and field applications show that bio-enzymes have a very high ability to release hydrocarbons on the surface of reservoir rock, and can change the wetting state of rocks, thus greatly improve the oil displacement efficiency. The biological enzyme blocking removal technique has the advantages of safety, high efficiency and convenient construction, and provides a good direction for offshore oilfield stimulation measures.
