摘 要:基于应用EnergyPLUS软件建立的简化模型和对外墙围护结构属性的设置,分别计算了所建模型在黏土实心砖、加气混凝土砌块和被动房外墙围护结构下的全年区域平均辐射温度、操作温度及内表面温度,对前述三种不同外墙围护结构下的全年区域温度的变化规律进行了较为详细地分析和总结。分析表明:被动房外墙围护结构的保温隔热效果优于黏土实心砖和加气混凝土砌块外墙围护结构的保温隔热效果,其温度变化的范围较小,更接近人体舒适的温度,有较好的节能效果,且提高保温隔热效果在外墙维护结构上应从保温材料、整体厚度、结构合理层数、结构设计上优化。Based on the simplified model established by EnergyPLUS software and the setting of the properties of exterior wall enclosure structure,the annual average radiation temperature,operating temperature and inner surface temperature of the model under clay solid brick,aerated concrete block and passive external wall enclosure structure are calculated respectively.The variation laws of annual regional temperature under the above three different external wall envelope structures are analyzed and summarized in detail.The analysis shows that the thermal insulation effect of the external wall envelope of the passive house is better than that of the clay solid brick and aerated concrete block exterior wall envelope,and the range of temperature change is smaller and closer to that of the human,with good energy saving effect.Meanwhile,heat insulation effect should be optimized from the heat preservation material,the overall thickness,the reasonable layer number of the structure and the structure design so as to improve the heat preservation and heat insulation effect.
